NextGen Ops

NextGen Ops is a software platform that uses AI and ML to monitor activities, automate, and streamline tasks/processes pertaining to the IT operations of an enterprise, including the management, maintenance, and visibility of IT infra components, systems, and services. It connects all the IT components together, monitors the activities of cross-stack applications, and maintains the logs. The AI module helps to figure out anomalies or issues in IT operations. RPA and Automation-based multiple features fix those issues, and then these data and logs are sent to the ML module to train it. Later, these trained ML and AI modules together not just monitor and analyze the operations, performances, and issues rather they also predict them in advance and fix them automatically.

Moreover, the user gets comprehensive reporting and visibility in business transactions, and the performance of Apps/components deployed at the front-end, middleware, databases, OS, server, and backend. The mobile/web-based interface enables the user to access quick and real-time information, insights, and analytics. In addition, the user gets custom and drill-down reports on the interface and through notifications, SMS, and emails.
